Clever change of tire technology

When operating a farm vehicle, it's common for tires to become flat, punctured, or damaged. Knowing how to quickly and efficiently replace a spare tire is essential for minimizing downtime and ensuring safe operation. The following steps will help you change a tire effectively and correctly. Always remember the direction of the wheel bolts. The nuts on the right-side wheel are typically right-handed (standard thread), while those on the left side are left-handed (reverse thread). This means that when loosening the left-side nut, you should turn it clockwise, and when tightening, you should turn it counterclockwise. To prevent warping of the wheel hub and uneven stress on the bolts, use a diagonal, cross, or 3- or 4-step tightening method when securing the nuts. This ensures even distribution of force across all bolts. Before starting, use a socket wrench to loosen the wheel nuts slightly, then remove them temporarily. Next, raise the axle using a jack until the tire just lifts off the ground. At this point, fully loosen the nuts and carefully remove the wheel. Apply a thin layer of lithium-based or calcium-based grease on the threads before reinstallation. This helps reduce friction and prevents the nuts from seizing. When aligning the wheel, make sure the bolt holes match up precisely to avoid damaging the threads. Tighten the nuts by hand first, then lower the jack slightly using a special spanner. Once the wheel is back on the ground, use a torque wrench to tighten each nut in a cross pattern, applying a torque of 200–400 Nm for proper fastening. When mounting the tire assembly, ensure the valve stem is aligned with the bevel of the rim for proper sealing and air retention. For twin-wheeled rear axles, there are some additional considerations: If the two tires show different levels of wear, the one with a larger diameter and less wear should be placed on the outside. This helps maintain stability when driving on curved or arched roads. If only the outer tire is being replaced, start by tightening the inner nuts first, followed by the outer ones. This ensures even weight distribution and better handling. When replacing both tires at the same time, use the jack twice—once to install the inner tire and again to mount the outer one. Make sure the brake clearance inspection holes on both wheels are staggered for easy access and accurate adjustment. Finally, position the inner and outer tire valves symmetrically so that checking and adjusting the inner tube pressure is convenient and efficient.

Fluorine-Containing Phenol

he fluorine-containing phenol series product is toxic and irritating, it should be avoided absorbed into the body through the skin. And not allow to store with strong oxidant, alkali, hydrochloric acid and acid anhydride , Store with flammable liquid or solid, must be away from heat and open flames,it should be stored in a cool dry place. Most of the fluorine-containing phenol products are stable at room temperature and pressure, but avoid contact with the oxide. In the air it is easily oxidized color.
Manufacture and storage of fluorine-containing phenol series should be carried out in a well ventilated place. Wear appropriate protective equipment and prevent dust from spreading. Wash hands and face thoroughly after handling.
Most of the fluorine-containing phenol series of products can be sublimated. It can cause severe skin burns and eye damage.
So save the fluorine-containing phenol series in sealed containers must be stored in a cool, dark place. It must be stored locked. In the event of a fire extinguishing agent is suitable dry powder, alcohol-resistant foam, water spray, carbon dioxide.
