Hydraulic suspension systems for tractors can be divided into three types: split hydraulic systems, semi-split hydraulic systems, and integral hydraulic systems.

Correct use of separate hydraulic system operating devices

When lifting, the handle plate should be released immediately after it reaches the raised position. When the implement reaches the highest lifting position, the handle will automatically jump back to the neutral position.

When the farm implement is down or the farm implements height-adjustable tillage, the handle plate should be moved to the floating position. When the distribution valve is in the floating position, it will not automatically jump back to the neutral position.

The strong drop action is a unique role of the double-acting fuel cylinder and is generally used as a transitional state of the agricultural implement into the soil. Should not force the handle to stay in the strong drop position for a long time, otherwise the farm tool will be forced to fall, and the tractor will be lifted upwards, which will cause the bottom earring of the cylinder to be broken by too much tension.

Neutral farming should not be used in general, as it is a disguised adjustment. It puts the high-pressure hoses under a great extra burden and makes them easy to damage.

When the handle is pulled from one position to another position, it should not be stopped between the two for a long time, otherwise the oil pump will cause overload due to the poor outlet.

Half-split hydraulic system controls use the joystick correctly for proper use. When using force to adjust the tillage, the position adjustment handle should be placed in the lifting position first, the lifting height of the implement is determined by the lifting position where the position adjustment handle is located, and only the force adjustment handle is used to lift the implement. After the trial plough has chosen the suitable tillage depth, the handle should be immediately adjusted with the positioning handwheel to ensure that the handle is pushed to the same position each time, so that each time the depth of the plough is the same.

When using the position adjustment work, the force adjustment handle should be placed in the highest lifting position firstly, and only the position adjustment handle can be used to lift the agricultural implement. After the farm implement's descending position and lifting position are selected, the positioning handwheel can be used to position the adjustment handle respectively.

When the farm implement is transported for a long distance, after the implement is raised to the transport position, the handle is locked by using a positioning handle, and the descending speed adjusting hand wheel is also screwed in the end so that the oil drain path is blocked and the agricultural implement is locked in transport. In order to avoid accidentally inadvertently flip the handle and cause an accident.

When hydraulic transmission is not required, it is forbidden to pull the position adjustment lever to the hydraulic output area to prevent the safety valve from opening frequently, causing oil pump wear and power loss.

Correct use of integral hydraulic system controls

Integral hydraulic system is to put the hydraulic components such as power part, control part and working part in the hydraulic system into one shell to form a whole hydraulic system. It does not have a separate fuel tank and the working oil used is the gear oil in the rear axle.

The lifting and lowering of agricultural implements. The fan-shaped outer handle is fixed in a shallow and deep area, where the handle is pulled to the position of the fast word of the sector plate, and the agricultural implement is lowered quickly. If the slower position is reached, the farm tool will decline more slowly. When the handle is placed in different positions in the area where the sector plate rises and lowers, the implement is correspondingly maintained at different heights from the ground.

When force-adjusting tillage, the inside handle selects the appropriate descent speed in the fast and slow sections, and the outer handle selects the desired tillage depth in the deep and shallow sections. When the plough and plow are ploughed in the ground, only the handle is used to move up and down, and the outer handle is generally not subject to major changes.

When working with the position adjustment, the handle is operated in the up and down section, and the outside handle should be placed deep below the sector plate.

When the farm tools are transferred for land transfer, the handles should be placed in the highest lifting position and locked with the positioning hand wheel to keep the farm implements in the transport position. The outer handle should be in a shallow section. Do not pull both handles upward because the outer handle is in the hydraulic output position and the dispense valve cannot return to the neutral position, forcing the safety valve to open.

When using hydraulic output, the inside handle should be fast and slow; select the falling speed within the segment. The outer handle is pulled up to the hydraulic output position. If the outer handle is pushed slightly forward, it is the neutral state of the split fuel tank. If the outer handle is pushed forward more, it is the descending process of the split fuel tank.

When the hydraulic pump is not in use, the hydraulic pump eccentric shaft clutch handle should be moved to the off position to avoid unnecessary wear of the precision parts due to the idling of the hydraulic pump. When manoeuvring the hydraulic pump eccentric shaft clutch handle, the clutch must be stepped to the end.
