Organic vegetable cultivation technology

With the continuous improvement of living standards, consumers are now placing higher demands on the quality and safety of their food, especially when it comes to healthy eating. To address these growing concerns, the Beijing Agrotechnical Extension Station launched a research initiative focused on the issue of excessive chemical use in vegetable production across the city, which has led to serious pesticide residues and substandard product quality. In response, they developed a comprehensive study titled "Organic Cultivation Techniques for Vegetables," outlining seven essential control points for effective and sustainable organic farming: 1. **Base Selection**: The chosen area must comply with the "National Organic Food Production Base Examination Regulations" to ensure environmental and soil health. 2. **Selection of High-Quality Varieties**: Emphasis is placed on disease-resistant varieties, with seeds that are not chemically treated or genetically modified to maintain natural integrity. 3. **Crop Rotation Planning**: Implementing proper crop rotation helps reduce the occurrence of soil-borne diseases and pests, promoting ecological balance and long-term agricultural sustainability. 4. **Cultivating Healthy Plants**: This includes techniques such as seedling cultivation, grafting, proper sowing timing, timely planting, and careful management of fertilizers and irrigation to support plant growth. 5. **Enhanced Protective Measures**: Using physical barriers like pest nets and shade nets helps create a safer growing environment, reducing the need for chemical interventions. 6. **Integrated Pest Management**: Prioritizing non-chemical methods such as biological controls, cultural practices, and physical measures, with the use of bio-pesticides like BT (Bacillus thuringiensis) and matrine for more severe infestations. 7. **Avoiding Hormonal Contamination**: Certain crops, such as solanaceous vegetables, should not be exposed to synthetic hormones. Instead, natural pollination methods like bumblebee assistance or manual shaking are recommended. The development and promotion of organic vegetable production hold significant practical value and long-term benefits for consumer health, soil fertility, and the overall sustainability of agricultural systems. By adopting these organic practices, farmers can contribute to a healthier food supply while supporting eco-friendly farming methods that benefit both people and the planet.

Natural Pigment

Natural pigments are food pigments obtained from natural resources. A pigment extracted mainly from animal and plant tissues and microorganisms (culture), of which most are plant colorants.Natural pigments have the advantages of safety and no side effects. Due to the use of natural pigments, the appearance of some products is less artificial, so they are closer to the natural form, thus attracting more consumers. Our product:Turmeric extract;Lycopene;Beta carotene;Chlorophyll;Maize yellow pigment.
