Researchers from Touch Bionics in Scotland have created a groundbreaking bionic hand known as the i-LIMB. Fiona Hitzlop, Secretary of the Scottish Department of Education and Lifelong Learning, emphasized that the Scottish government has always been dedicated to advancing and sharing innovative technologies globally. She expressed willingness to collaborate with countries like China to promote progress in bionics, ultimately enhancing the lives of people with disabilities. The Shanghai Medical Device Industry Association also highlighted the importance of such advancements in improving accessibility and support for those in need.
