Second, the production method
1. The selection of seeds. Select new seeds of the year, preferably small white peanut varieties. Seeds full, uniform in size, intact, germination rate above 95%.
2. Soaking, germination. The selected seeds are soaked with fresh water for 12 to 24 hours to allow the seeds to fully absorb water and expand. Then remove the seeds and rinse with water 2 to 3 times before germination. Do not use iron utensils when soaking.
The germination should be carried out in the seedling pan. The soaked seeds are sown directly in the seedling pan, and then the seedling pans are picked up to carry out the germination. During germination, a black plastic film is placed on the surface of the top seedling plate for heat retention and moisturization. The germination temperature is preferably 22°C to 25°C.
3. Sow. Before planting, the cultivation containers should be cleaned and disinfected before use. When seeding, the germinated seeds can be directly planted in the tray. The seedling volume per seedling is about 500 grams. Make sure that the seeds are placed in a single layer and cannot be stacked.
4. Post-broadcast management. Peanut sprout growth temperature is 18 °C ~ 25 °C, in this temperature range, the growth cycle is short, the product quality is good. During the growth period of peanut sprouts, the amount of water required is relatively large. During germination, water is sprayed 2 to 3 times a day. During the growth period, water is sprayed 4 to 5 times a day. Spraying with a watering can all wet the buds, but the water cannot be stored in the pan. Otherwise it will be bad. Always stay dark during growth. Seedlings can be stacked together for shading or blackening on the seedlings. In order to make the bud body fat, a layer of wood or other objects may be pressed on the bud during the growth to give certain pressure on the bud.
Third, timely harvest
When the cotyledon is not unfolded, the seed coat is not exfoliated, the hypocotyl is thick and white and tender, coarse as chopsticks, the total length is 4 to 5 cm, no roots occur, and the entire bud body is white, no rotten root, rotten seeds, no odor when harvested .
