(1) The length of the punch is not uniform, which may cause the difference in the weight of the tablet to increase. Therefore, each punch is inspected and used before use. If the individual piece is light, it may fail due to the undershooting motion, resulting in the filling of the particles. Others are less, and individual undershoots should be checked to remove obstacles.

(2) Blocking with hopper or granulator: When squeezing, if the granules used are small, sticky or wet, and occasionally cotton yarn ends in the granules, foreign matter such as tablets is mixed, the flow is not smooth, and the particles added to the die holes are added. Reduce, affect the weight of the piece, if the weight of the piece suddenly decreases, stop the car to check.

(3) Particles cause changes in the weight of the tablets: the particles are too wet, the fine powder is too much, the difference between the thickness of the particles is too large, and the lubricant in the particles is insufficient, which can also cause the variation of the difference in the weight of the tablets, and the quality of the particles should be improved.

(4) The reason for the change of the weight of the piece is caused by the failure of the tableting machine or the negligence of the work. Therefore, during the tableting process, the maintenance work should be done, and the damage of the machine parts should be checked in detail.
