First, the harm symptoms

The pathogens mainly damage the leaves and spread to the petiole and stem when severe. The large spots are 1.5 to 2 cm in diameter, nearly round and concave. Second, the law of occurrence

The pathogens use conidium, mycelium or chlamydospores to survive winter in soil or other host plants with diseased bodies. When conditions are suitable, conidiospores are transmitted by air currents or rain splashes. Warm, high humidity is conducive to disease. Incidence temperature 20 °C ~ 30 °C, relative humidity more than 90%. When the temperature is 25°C to 30°C and the humidity is saturated, the disease is severe. Third, control methods

1. Timely rotation. Onset fields should be rotated for more than two years with non-host crops.

2. Seed disinfection. The lethal temperature of the pathogen is 55°C for 10 minutes. So, soaking seeds with warm water can be used. Seeds soaked in warm water for 15 minutes, then soaked in hot water of 55°C-60°C for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly, then let Water temperature dropped to 30 °C, continue to soak seeds for 3 to 4 hours, picked up and drained and placed at 25 °C ~ 28 °C at the germination, can effectively eliminate the seed coat bacteria. The best soaking with warm soup soaked with liquid, better sterilization.

3. Strengthen cultivation management. The diseased vines, diseased leaves, and diseased plants are removed in time and brought out of the field to burn and reduce the initial infestation source. Control air humidity, carry out ridging and colonization, mulching film cultivation, pouring dark water in the ditch under the film, reduce water evaporation, ground water to avoid flooding, pay attention to ventilation and humidity.

4. Chemical control. Due to the high infection rate of the bacteria, early protection should be done. The middle and lower leaves should be sprayed and used alternately. A 25% Amidex suspension 1500 times, 0.5% amino oligosaccharides 400 to 600 times, 60% Baitai water dispersible granules 3000 times, and 40% Myclobutanil EC 3000 times can be used. Spray once every 7 to 10 days, and spray 2 or 3 times. It is better to add appropriate amount of foliar fertilizer in the liquid.
