According to reports, during the special inspection, the Beijing Municipal Business Administration collected 60 samples of Lantern and Dumplings from 13 brands produced by 19 manufacturers in large shopping malls and supermarkets in 6 districts and counties. According to the relevant provisions of the national compulsory standard "national food safety standards for quick frozen rice products", 11 indicators such as peroxide value, Staphylococcus aureus, salmonella, carmine, cyclamate etc. were tested.

Industrial and commercial law enforcement personnel inspected the Lantern Festival, dumplings and other festive foods sold in the circulation field in Beijing through inspections of packaging, inspection channels, quality inspections, etc., focusing on the inspection of the packaging, product identification, certification, and production date of Lantern and Dumplings. . According to the investigation, the operators can implement the inspection system for purchases and obtain the relevant qualifications of the manufacturers and inspection reports of the products. During the inspection, there was no evidence that the sold Lanterns, dumplings were disqualified or the production date was expired. The bulk sales of the products were also able to mark the manufacturer, site, production date, shelf life and other information in accordance with the relevant requirements.
