Prevent dry rot of mushrooms

Dry rot, also known as dry rot, is caused by a pseudomonas bacillus. The pathogen spreads through mushroom mycelium. When the box is planted, dry rot rarely spreads if the hyphae are not connected. In the mushroom bed, separated by plastic film at intervals, it can also prevent its spread. The disease mostly occurs in autumn mushrooms, and the humidity is more serious. The diseased area showed mushroom malformation, brownish, covered capsular, and the base of the stipe was enlarged. The fruiting body of the mushroom did not rot, but gradually shrank and became dry and stiff. Break the stipe near the cap to see dark spots. The stipe was torn longitudinally and a dark brown tissue was observed. There was also a well-developed mycelium in the root of the stipe. The spread of the disease is relatively fast, with a growth of up to 30 centimeters per big one. Once it occurs, it infects the entire bacterial bed.

Control methods: It is mainly isolation, which can prevent the connection of the mycelium between the ward and other culture materials, and is a very effective method to limit the spread of the disease. Drug control can refer to Pleurotus ostreatus dry rot.
