In recent years, Shandong University has cooperated with Fuwai Cardiovascular Hospital to carry out a lot of research work on axial-flow magnetic suspension artificial heart pump, and made significant progress, including: a cardiac pump suspension system using a combination of permanent magnet suspension and electromagnetic suspension. Through structural optimization and parameter optimization, the advantages of permanent magnet suspension and electromagnetic suspension are perfectly combined, and the power consumption is low and the heat generation is small. Long-term continuous working experiments show that the temperature of the pump body does not exceed 33 Â°C at room temperature; the five-degree-of-freedom suspension of the rotor in any spatial azimuth angle is successfully realized, and the control of the suspension accuracy of the rotor below 10 Î¼m is achieved. The interference ability is strong. When disturbed, it can be restored to the equilibrium position within 0.1s. The rotor displacement detection system suitable for the heart pump is developed.
