What are the ways to regulate water quality?
The key to fish farming in ponds is the regulation of water quality. Insufficient water sources, inconvenient irrigation and drainage, and ponds with thicker silt are particularly important. In order to prevent pond water aging and fish disease, the following methods can be used to regulate water quality. (1) Apply water conditioners. Sprinkle the pond once a month with a dosage of 3-5 g/m3. When the water quality deteriorates and the transparency is lower than 20cm, each dose can be increased to 10-15g/m3, which can play the role of adsorbing and transforming ammonia nitrogen and harmful substances in the pond to improve the water quality; (2) Application Zeolite. Each use of 13g/m3 to absorb ammonia nitrogen and harmful substances in the water can improve water quality; (3) Apply quicklime. Each application rate is 30 g/m3. Every 15-30 days. Application method: quicklime dissolves in water and splashes hot water to the entire surface of the pool. Lime residue falls on the pool shore. Sprinkling lime water into the pond can sterilize, increase calcium, adjust pH, and improve water quality.
