3.2.2 Aquaculture pond water quality Aquaculture pond water quality shall comply with the provisions of NY 5051.
3.3 Pond and cage conditions
3.3.1 Pond conditions
4, seed cultivation
4.1 Fry cultivation
4.1.1 Fry source The introduction of broodstock breeding or the direct introduction of fry from the squid breeding ground. Out of stock fry should be quarantined.
4.1.2 Fry quality requirements are to be implemented in accordance with Chapter 5 of SC/T 1048.3-200 1.
4.1.3 Precautions when fish fry ponds When fish fry ponds should pay attention:
- The disappearance of the yolk sac of the fry, the inflating of the larvae, and the ability to swim in the pond after swimming;
- The temperature difference of the fish under the pond should be controlled within 3°C;
- The choice should be made on a sunny day and the location of the lower pond should be on the upwind side of the pond.
4.1.4 Fish fry stocking should be cultivated in ponds. Accurately count when stocking. The stocking density is 120/m2 to 450/m2.
4.1.5 Feeding management shall be performed in accordance with 4.3 of SC/T 1048.3-2001.
4.2 Fish Breeding
4.2.1 The source of the fingerlings is derived from the fry in accordance with 4.1.1, or the fingerlings are directly introduced from the sturgeon seedlings. The purchased fish should be qualified for quarantine.
4.2.2 The quality requirements for fingerlings are to be carried out in accordance with 6.1 and 6.2 of SC/T 1048.3-2001.
4.2.3 Fish species should be disinfected before the stock is sterilized. Common disinfection methods include:
- 1% salt plus 1% baking soda solution or 3% saline solution, bath 5min ~ 8min;
- 20mg/L ~ 30mg/L povidone iodine (containing 1% of available iodine), bath for 10min ~ 20min;
- 5mg/L ~ 10mg/L potassium permanganate, bath 5min ~ 10min.
One of the three can be used, while removing sick or disabled fish. The temperature difference of water temperature during operation should be controlled within 30°C.
4.2.4 Raising fish fingerlings Fish breeding can be done in ponds or cages. The stocking of fingerlings raised in ponds shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.3 of SC/T 1048.4-2001; the size of fingerlings reared for cage breeding shall be 5g/tail to 10g tail, and the stocking density shall be 2 000/m2 to 4 000 tail/m2. .
4.2.5 Routine management The daily management of pond cultivation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 7.4 of SC/T 1008-1994; the daily management of cage cultivation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.1 to 6.5 of SC/T 1007-1992.
5, food fish breeding
5.1 The source of fingerlings shall be implemented according to 4.2.1.
5.2 The quality requirements for fingerlings are to be carried out in accordance with 6.1 and 6.2 of SC/T 1048.3-2001.
5.3 Fingerling disinfection is performed according to 4.2.3.
5.4 Raising fish stocks Food fish can be reared in pond or cage culture. Pond breeding can adopt nesting, main breeding or monoculture. The stocking rate of each species in each area is determined according to SC/T 1016.1 ~ 1016.7; the stocking size of cage cultured fish should be 50g/tail ~ 150g/tail, stocking density is 200/m2-400/m2.
5.5 Daily management In addition to the implementation according to 4.2.5, the “Aquaculture production record” should also be filled in (for the format, see Appendix 1 of the “Aquaculture Quality and Safety Management Regulations”).
6, feed and feeding
6.1 Feed
6.1.1 Feeding compound feed is the main method, and it is not suitable to directly feed all kinds of feed ingredients, chilled animal feed and animal waste.
6.1.2 Compound feeds shall comply with the provisions of NY 5072 and SC/T 1026; feed ingredients shall comply with relevant quality and safety standards; animal feed and animal waste shall be of clear source, fresh and non-polluting, and washed with boiling water before feeding. Soak 3 min ~ 5min, or potassium permanganate 20mg/L soak 15min ~ 20min, or salt 5% soak 5min ~ 10min, and then freshwater rinse after feeding.
6.2 Feeding
6.2.1 The amount of feed for the daily feed should be adjusted according to the season, weather, water quality and the fish's feeding intensity. The daily feeding amount of fish feed with compound feed is generally 3% to 6% of the fish's body weight, and the daily feed of food fish fed compound feed is generally 1% to 3% of the fish's body weight.
6.2.2 Daily Feeding Frequency The daily feeding frequency of pond feeding is 2 to 4 times, and the daily feeding frequency of cage feeding is 3 to 6 times. The duration of each feeding is 20 to 40 minutes.
7, disease prevention
7.1 Disease prevention adheres to the principle of prevention and prevention and control. The general measures are:
- Operate carefully to avoid fish injuries;
- Sterilize or expose the production tool before or after use. Drugs used for disinfection include: potassium permanganate 100 mg/L, dipping for 30 min; salt 5%, dipping for 30 min; bleaching powder 5%, dipping for 20 min. The onset pool equipment should be used alone or after strict disinfection;
- Disinfect the fry and fingerlings before the lower pool according to 4.2.3;
——Alternatively use chlorine-containing preparations or quick lime sprinkling aquaculture bodies at intervals of 10d to 15d. The dosage shall be in accordance with the provisions of NY 5071; or use food-grade drug sachets, and the amount of pond sachets used shall be 20% to 30% of Quanchiposa. The amount of medicine used for cages is 5 to 10 times the amount of sprinkling of cages.
- Interval 10d ~ 15d with copper sulfate 0.5mg / L plus ferrous sulfate 0.2mg / L Quanchiposa.
7.2 Common Fish Diseases and Their Drug Treatments Common fish diseases and their drug treatment are shown in Table 2. Drug use for other fish diseases should comply with NY 5071 regulations.
