Late feeding late or late in pregnancy

The best time to introduce sows into late pregnancy feeding depends on several factors. Some farmers start as early as 80 days, while others wait until after 90 days. To determine the right timing, consider two main aspects. First, assess the sow’s body condition. If a sow is overweight, it may be better to delay the feeding slightly to avoid overfeeding. Second, evaluate the quality of the feed. If you’re switching to a higher nutrient concentration feed, it’s advisable to first adjust the feed type and then gradually increase the amount. In terms of feeding methods, there are different approaches such as large-circle feeding or using positioning bars. Each method has its own advantages, and the choice can influence how well the sows respond to the feeding schedule. In my opinion, it's generally best to begin increasing feed intake around day 90 of gestation. At this stage, the mammary glands have mostly completed their development, so adding more feed won't interfere with their growth. Moreover, after day 90, the fetuses grow rapidly, and providing adequate nutrition at this point helps support their development. However, if you feed too early, some sows might gain excessive fat, which could lead to complications during farrowing. Therefore, timing is crucial to ensure both the sow’s health and the well-being of the piglets.

Knee Joint

Total knee replacement is for patients with severe pain and/or severe joint disability due to osteoarthritis, post-traumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or previous implant failure.

The total knee joint system consists of femoral condylar , tibial tray, tibial insert and patella. The femoral condylar and tibia tray are made of Co-Cr-Mo in accordance with the quality standards.Tibial insert and patella are made of UHMWPE containing PBHP antioxidants.

The revision knee system is suitable for cemented total knee replacement in patients with severe joint pain or severe disability due to osteoarthritis, post-traumatic arthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis, moderate knee varus, varus, or flexion deformity of the knee, avascular necrosis of the femoral condyle, previous failed knee replacement, osteotomy, or other knee surgery.
Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is a practical and effective method for the treatment of serious knee arthropathy. However, attention should be paid to the selection of indications, the correction of joint internal and external inversion and flexion deformity, and the correct placement of tibial prosthesis to reduce the loosening of tibial prosthesis. At the same time, early functional exercise should be carried out to reduce postoperative complications. Total knee arthroplasty (TKR) provides an effective treatment for patients with severe knee arthrosis.
