First, check if the instrument needs maintenance
1. When the screen displays “Service 4000h†(as shown below), it means that the 4000h maintenance package needs to be replaced and the alarm is maintained.
2. Enter Diagnostics to view the running time.
3. Shut down and replace the 4000h maintenance package as follows.
Second, replace the 4000h maintenance package

1, remove the side panels
2. Replace the combined filter (left side panel)
Remove the filter outer connecting tube. Press up on the blue part of the street and pull out the connecting tube.
Release the black part.
Press and hold the button on the filter housing, rotate the filter 1/8 turn, and pull it down.
Remove the combined filter element and replace the new white filter.
3. Replace the silencer (left side panel)
1. Remove the filter outer connecting tube. Press up on the blue part of the street and pull out the connecting tube.
2. Take out the silencer.

Third, reset
A. Old version reset method
1. After the maintenance is completed, boot into the Special Function (as shown below).
2. Enter the numeric password: 26103, press Scroll (as shown below).
3. After the “drop†sound is heard, the reset is completed, and the alarm returns to the main interface (as shown in the figure below).
4. Enter Diagnostics and check that 4000h maintenance has been reset to zero (as shown below).
B. New version reset method
1. Enter the numeric password: 12345, press Select (as shown below).
2. Enter the Special Function and select down to RESET S 4000 (as shown below).
3, the operation is the same as the old version reset method 2-4 steps.
