Glass Greenhouse Brief Introduction:
Glass greenhouse adopts hot dip galvanized steel frame, the covering material commonly using 4-5mm high-quality float glass and tempered glass, double glazing: 4mm +Â 9mm +Â 4mm, 5mm +Â 6mm +Â 5mm;Light transmittance more than 95%, as per specific design demand and customer requirement,we can also choose the covering material glass+polycarboante sheet or plastic film, the top of the greenhouse commonly polycarbonate and glass as covering material,and all round surrounded by hollow glass and supplementary aluminum profile and tapes.
Glass Greenhouse Structure and Configuration:
(1) The main structure is hot dip galvanized rectangular steel tubes and pipes,commonly the size and thickness of the steel pipes are manufacturer prefabricated and supplementary;the span range now is 9.6m;10.8m;12m and 16m for choice;Bay width now is 4m and 8m for choice.
(2) The greenhouse can be collocated with some necessary systems, such as inside & outside shading systems,side & roof ventilation system, heating & cooling systems,etc.
(3)Â The covering materials include two kinds of hollow glass. The specifications are 4mm+9mm+4mm and 5mm+6mm+5mm.
(4)Â The connection materials of glass are the supplementary aluminum alloys and the adhesive tapes for fixing and connection.
(5) The greenhouse realize all parts including ventilation system,cooling system,shading system,heating system and transmisstion system and irrigation system and water-fertilizer equipment and etc to realize automation controlling performance;The electricity controlling box adopts Simens brand.
(6) Body Frame are hot dip galvanized steel pipes;embedded parts and main frame columns would be firstly supplied to the building site when we confirm the greenhouse drawings;
