Agricultural machinery dismantling what should be done

(1) Surface dirt and oil should be removed before dismantling, and should be kept clean during disassembly.
(2) The construction principle of the machine or component to be dismantled should be ascertained so as to avoid dismantling the machine.
(3) Disassemble as necessary and remove as little as possible.
(4) Use appropriate tools for disassembly to avoid slamming hard to avoid damage or deformation of parts.
(5) To disassemble in a reasonable order, usually from the attachment to the main part, from the outer layer to the inner layer, first disassemble the whole assembly into an assembly, and then disassemble the assembly into parts and disassemble the parts into parts.
(6) Prepare the assembly for disassembly. In order to improve the assembly efficiency and ensure the correctness of the assembly, attention should be paid to the check mark and marking (painting, printing, etc.) when disassembling.
(7) After the parts are disassembled, they should be stored according to the nature of the materials and the degree of precision of the parts.
