Cultivation of Tremella fuciformis in Spring

Tremella fuciformis is susceptible to green mold in the spring, and it is also contaminated by some rhizopus, mucor, and a small amount of Neurospora. Green mold, mucor, and Rhizopus often occur next to the inoculation hole in the bag, or in the 9-10 days after inoculation. Green molds also occur on fruiting bodies, making them bad. Streptococcus spp. occurs at the juncture of the bag mouth. The main cause of bacterial contamination is that the bag sterilization is not complete, aseptic operation is not strict, the bag membrane is broken, the bacterial species is impure or the environment is polluted. Control methods: (1) Purification of mushroom house environment. Clean up the sanitation regularly and disinfect the lime powder. Cultivation of mushroom houses is strictly sterilized to eliminate sources of pollution. (2) Selected raw materials. Cottonseed hulls and wheat bran require no agglomeration, no mildew, and are exposed to the sun for sterilization. Cultivation bag pre-test quality. (3) Standard bag production. The moisture content of the culture material should not exceed 60%, and the time limit for bagging on the stove should not exceed 6 hours to prevent the material from becoming acid. Sterilization requires 100°C for 24 hours without cooling. (4) Adhere to aseptic operations. The inoculation room is completely sterilized. Choose qualified disinfectants, spray space, racks and venues. (5) Selected strains. The cultivation of Tremella species in the spring requires stronger mycelium of the incense to avoid chilling and ashing after inoculation and affect long ears. (6) Pollution bag treatment. Contaminated bags should be treated differently. Lightly contaminated bagging method to control the spread, and then sterilized inoculation. Seriously broken bags of reclaimed material, plus 1% to 2% lime water and mix well, heap boring 24 hours spread the sun, and then re-use. The fruiting bodies are contaminated with green mold and should be harvested in advance and rubbed on the ear base with a lime water clarifier solution with a pH of 8 to control spread.
