(5) When installing the coupling, pay attention to the correct assembly relationship between the coupling and the rotor, that is, the mark on the external spline of the coupling is aligned with the mark on the spline inside the rotor. When not marked, the centerline of the pinch groove at the upper end of the coupling should be aligned with the tooth centerline of the positive rotor. (6) In the steering process, when turning the steering wheel is very laborious (you can hear the "click" sound of the safety valve open), do not use force to turn the steering wheel to prevent the oil temperature from rising and damaging the parts ( 7) After the engine stalls or the oil pump does not work, do not turn the steering wheel too hard and the steering speed should be slow to avoid damaging the spring plate, pin, or linkage. (8) Select the appropriate viscosity of the hydraulic oil, pay attention to the cleaning of the oil to prevent the oil from generating high temperatures and parts wear.
